Cancellation policy

MAT Café Club Subscription Cancellation Policy

MAT Café Club subscriptions are recurring purchase plans that automatically renew according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.

Customers may manage their subscription at any time through their customer account. Available options may include changing the delivery frequency, skipping an upcoming order, pausing the subscription, changing eligible coffee or grind options, or cancelling the subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled order has been processed and charged.

Once a recurring order has already been processed or charged, cancelling the subscription will stop future recurring orders but will not cancel the order already created.

Pausing or Skipping

Customers may pause their subscription or skip an upcoming delivery through their account, provided the change is made before the next scheduled order is processed.

Subscription Changes

Eligible subscription products, grind options, and delivery schedules may be changed through the customer account when available. Any changes will apply to future recurring orders.

Coffee Orders

Because coffee is a food product, recurring coffee orders are not subject to standard product returns. If you have any request regarding a coffee order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopmatcafe.com. We may request order details or supporting photos in order to review the request.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, additional payment attempts may be made. If payment cannot be successfully completed, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Account Access

Customers can manage their MAT Café Club subscription through their customer account. If you experience any difficulty managing your subscription, contact us at support@shopmatcafe.com.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize MAT Café to charge the payment method associated with your subscription according to the recurring schedule you selected until the subscription is cancelled.
